We are excited to announce that Anaia is now OPEN!

For now, the venue will operate from 7:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday to Saturday and 8:00AM to 4:00PM Sunday. Once liquor licensing approvals are finalised, the operating hours will be extended to include dinner, with further details to follow in the coming weeks.

The Sanctuary Lakes Resort community has eagerly awaited this new addition to our hospitality offerings. Anaia provides high-quality food, exceptional coffee, and a welcoming ambiance. With stunning views of the lake, it has become a favourite place for residents to gather and unwind with family and friends.

The team behind Anaia brings extensive expertise and a proven track record, managing successful venues across Melbourne. Their portfolio includes Sons of Manor in Manor Lakes as well as Chirnside Café in Pacific Werribee.
